Cancellation of registration by attendee Áú»¢¶Ä²© SIA is an organizer of the Áú»¢¶Ä²© Conference Benelux 2024, hereinafter ¨C Event, which will take place at the Van der Valk Hotel, Utrecht, the Netherlands from May 24 - 25, 2024. Cancellation of registration must be submitted by attendee in writing via mail, or e-mail, or fax, and such notice of cancellation is valid only with the acknowledgment of receipt by Áú»¢¶Ä²© SIA. Contact information can be found on the Contacts Page. If Event registrations are canceled by the attendee on or before March 24, 2024, the attendee will be entitled to a full refund of the price of Event Participation ticket. If Event registration is canceled by the attendee between March 25, 2024 and April 12, 2024, the attendee will be entitled to a 50% refund of the registered package fee price of Event Participation ticket. There will be no refund to the attendee for the Event Participation ticket if Event registration is cancelled by the attendee after April 13, 2024.
Áú»¢¶Ä²© SIA reserves the right to cancel Event registration unilaterally, if it becomes obvious that Event will have to be cancelled for reasons beyond control of Áú»¢¶Ä²© SIA (including but not limited to force majeure event, like war, riot, fire, natural disaster, strike, acts and advice of government and health authorities and organizations, terrorism, epidemics, civil disorder, and any other cause beyond control of Áú»¢¶Ä²© SIA). In case of unilateral cancellation of Event registration by Áú»¢¶Ä²© SIA, Áú»¢¶Ä²© SIA must notify the attendee as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than within 2 (business days) days after becoming aware of the cause beyond control of Áú»¢¶Ä²© SIA due to which Event must be cancelled; and the attendee will be entitled to a full refund of the price of Event Participation ticket solely. Hotel stay included in Event Participation tickets such as the Full Participation package, Áú»¢¶Ä²© Fan package or Speaker package will only be reimbursed for hotel rooms arranged by Áú»¢¶Ä²© and will not be reimbursed for hotel stay arranged independently by the attendee elsewhere. Otherwise, no accommodation expenses incurred by the attendee due to planned participation in the Event will be compensated by Áú»¢¶Ä²© SIA.
Participation in the Event and Event activities is strictly limited to fully paid attendees. No children or minors under the age of eighteen (18) are allowed to participate in the Event or Event activities.
Presentations and events at the Event may be recorded and later made available to other participants and/or third parties. Upon registration, the Event¡¯s attendee permits the publication of any recordings made during the Event.
Products and product names mentioned on this site are registered trademarks of their respective owners. All Event graphics and materials are owned by Áú»¢¶Ä²© SIA. Speakers grant Áú»¢¶Ä²© SIA a perpetual, worldwide license to use and publish the content of their presentations.
Full payment must be made prior to attendance of the Event. Áú»¢¶Ä²© SIA delegated conducting of all necessary activities related to receiving payment from the Event¡¯s attendees for the Event to its Partner in the Netherlands - Xifeo ICT B.V., address: Randstad 22 141, 1316 BW Almere, website: https://www.xifeo.nl/. Your registration will be acknowledged by an e-mail immediately, but will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Registrations must be completed with full payment within the given deadlines stated on the invoice. Áú»¢¶Ä²© SIA reserves the right to reallocate / cancel any registrations which do not meet these payment terms.
Áú»¢¶Ä²© SIA reserves the right to postpone, cancel, change location of, or otherwise alter any event of the Event¡¯s program at short notice. All Event registrations will remain valid in case of such event¡¯s postponement, cancellation or altering.
